About the Role
The Assistant Manager is a pivotal leadership position within our stores, serving as the primary ambassador for our brand image. This role is dedicated to running exceptional shifts, delivering outstanding customer care, and driving the store toward its strategic goals. As a key partner to the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of business operations while leading the team on shift with a high-volume mentality.
You will be expected to uphold the highest safety standards and take ownership in resolving problems as they arise. The Assistant Manager creates a fun, happy, and exciting environment for both customers and team members, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to quality. By utilizing advanced technology and equipment, you will help lead the pizza industry forward while managing store cleanliness and adhering to board of health standards.
