The Assistant Manager is a pivotal leadership position within our stores, serving as the primary ambassador for our brand image. In this role, you will work alongside the General Manager to oversee all aspects of business operations, ensuring shifts run smoothly and store goals are consistently met. You will be responsible for leading the team, taking great care of customers, and upholding the highest standards of safety and service.
As a key member of the leadership team, you will act as a role model for all Team Members, fostering a fun, happy, and exciting environment for both customers and staff. You will leverage our advanced technology and marketing tools from a global network of over 15,000 stores to drive success. This position requires a high-volume mentality and the ability to take ownership in resolving problems while managing labor, attendance, and store cleanliness in compliance with board of health standards.
