We are seeking enthusiastic Front of House (FOH) staff for full-time and part-time shifts. Day and evening shifts are available, though weekend availability is mandatory. As a team member, you will receive free shift meals and enjoy significant discounts at all our restaurants, including Vic's, all four Honest Abe's locations, and Stauffer's Cafe.

While we provide a supportive environment, certain certifications are required by law and the health department. A Level SC (Serve/Clean) food handler's permit is mandatory. Additionally, both RBST and LNK Alcohol Server certificates are required. Vic's is happy to assist you in obtaining these credentials if you need help.
Starting pay is $15.00 per hour, plus participation in the store tip pool. Full-time employees are eligible for additional benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance options.
