About the Role
As an Assistant Manager, you will act as a leader within Biscuitville and in the community. You will support recruiting and developing a motivated team dedicated to providing guests with an exceptional experience. Your day will involve coaching a high-performing team of 20-40 employees, assisting with daily and weekly accounting, and ensuring food quality and safety standards are met. You will also help maximize sales and maintain proper inventory levels through accurate ordering.
