About the Role
As an Assistant Manager at Moe's Southwest Grill, you will be the backbone of daily operations, ensuring every guest leaves with a 100% satisfaction experience. You will oversee the development of shift leaders and team members, optimizing profits through efficient use of Sterling Systems. This role is ideal for a self-disciplined leader who thrives under pressure and enjoys coordinating a wide range of activities to maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
The Day-to-Day
Your day will involve managing food flow from ordering to serving, enforcing strict sanitary practices to maintain high health inspection scores, and ensuring a safe environment for both guests and staff. You will act as an effective motivator, conducting performance reviews and providing ongoing feedback to build a cohesive team. While the role requires handling hot and cold equipment and lifting supplies, it also offers the opportunity to manage financial reporting and drive sales growth.
Hiring Process
Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and be eligible to work in the United States. The selection process includes a background check and an assessment of your ability to effectively supervise 15-25 team members and perform interviews.
