You will be responsible for providing leadership, training, and direction when the Restaurant General Manager is not on site, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and deliver an excellent guest experience. Your day will involve managing shift execution, labor, and financial goals while coaching and developing team members to reach their full potential. You will handle customer and team concerns with professionalism and care, supporting scheduling, maintenance, and administrative responsibilities.

Note: This role requires a 50-hour work week. Compensation is paid hourly and aligns with the provided annual salary range.
