As an Assistant Manager at Moe's Southwest Grill, you will be the driving force behind our guests' dining experiences. Your mission is to ensure 100% guest satisfaction across quality, service, and cleanliness, turning every visitor into a regular. You will oversee the development of shift leaders and team members, fostering a work environment known in the community as "the place to work."
In this role, you will optimize profits by utilizing Sterling Systems and managing food flow from ordering to serving. You will enforce strict sanitary practices to maintain high scores on health and operational inspections, ensuring a safe and professional environment for both guests and staff. You will act as a positive representative of Sterling Restaurants, managing a team of 15-25 members to achieve desired goals while adhering to all company standards.
Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States and agree to a background check. The role requires a valid driver's license and ServSafe certification. While a college degree is preferred, previous restaurant experience is essential. We look for individuals with self-discipline, initiative, and strong leadership abilities who can handle the pressures of coordinating a wide range of activities.
