As an Assistant Manager, you will partner with the General Manager to optimize profits, ensure 100% guest satisfaction, and cultivate a work environment known as "the place to work" within the community.
Day in the Life
Your day will be defined by a balance of leadership and hands-on execution. You will oversee all areas of the restaurant, from managing food flow and inventory to ensuring strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to developing your team; you will provide direction on operational procedures, conduct performance reviews, and mentor shift leaders to help them grow. You will also be responsible for maintaining high scores on health inspections and corporate audits while managing financial reporting and labor costs.
