As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be a vital part of our thriving retail sector. You will partner with the Store Manager to enhance business growth and maximize sales while serving as the primary face of the company. Your day will involve engaging with customers through phone, face-to-face, and email interactions to ensure they feel valued and supported. You will also manage the daily rhythm of the facility, handling opening and closing procedures, light maintenance, and cleaning to ensure the property remains safe, secure, and pristine for our customers and their belongings. Additionally, you will oversee customer accounts, assist with setup, and manage administrative tasks, including debt management. Occasionally, you may travel between locations to support other stores and maintain our consistent standards across all sites.
