The Assistant General Manager (AGM) serves as a critical leader in the store, with a clear path to developing into a full Store Leader. This role exists to ensure operational excellence and deliver an exceptional guest experience, even in the absence of the General Manager.
In this position, you will support shift-level operations, drive sales performance, and uphold brand standards. You will play a key role in growing the store's annual sales and profit while ensuring the physical environment and team performance consistently meet company expectations. Beyond daily operations, you will act as a brand ambassador, consistently educating and engaging both the community and store guests on all products and services.
