If you are ready to join our herd and be part of the 'Bou Crew, we want to hear from you.
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) is a GROWTH role designed to develop future leaders who think strategically about the store and globally about the future of the district and Caribou as a whole. You will work in partnership with the General Manager in all facets to run the store and make a meaningful impact on the team and community.
As an AGM, you will be the spark for joy to everyone who walks into the store, creating real connections that last beyond the immediate interaction and teaching the team to do the same. You will bring the Core Values to life in all that you do: Support One Another, Make Fun Happen, Be Yourself, Take Ownership, and Serve With Love. As a relentless culture champion, you will bring the purpose and values to life in every interaction, leading with a global view of the Caribou brand and seeking to win the game of creating day-making experiences.
