About the Role

As an Assistant Manager, you will share and assist with the responsibilities of the site's facility and its operations. This position is designed for those who use drive, determination, and a self-disciplined approach to achieve results that meet and exceed established volume, revenue, and profitability goals. You will lead by example, finding yourself on the front line, shoulder-to-shoulder with the team.

This role offers a great way to prove your leadership capabilities while providing immense professional development opportunities. You will assist in leading a small team of 10–15 employees, creating a culture that emphasizes teamwork and fun. The environment is fast-paced and structured, requiring you to provide an exceptional guest experience through quality and friendly service.

What to Expect

Your day will involve a mix of administrative and hands-on operational duties in an outdoor, fast-paced environment. You will assist in training and developing employees at every position while maintaining a clean and organized facility, including landscaping and equipment rooms. The role requires the ability to be on your feet for long hours, working in all weather conditions, and performing physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds. You will also need to operate car wash equipment, hoses, and controls, and communicate clearly in a noisy environment.

The schedule is designed to provide a healthy work-life balance, typically ranging from 35 to 45 hours a week. However, this role may require work outside of normal business hours, including evenings and weekends, based on company needs. Occasional driving for company business may also be required, necessitating a valid driver's license and compliance with company driving standards.
