KPM is seeking an Assistant Maintenance professional to join our team at our Nashville, TN property. In this full-time role, you will serve as a vital link between our residents and their homes, ensuring a comfortable living environment by promptly addressing service requests. Reporting to the Lead Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager, you will be the go-to expert for resolving maintenance issues, from HVAC repairs to plumbing fixes.
Your day will involve a dynamic mix of troubleshooting and preventative care. You will manage multiple work orders daily, prioritizing tasks to ensure efficient service delivery. Whether you are repairing residential air conditioning and heating systems, replacing appliances like refrigerators and stoves, or fixing interior plumbing leaks, your work directly impacts resident satisfaction. You will also perform electrical repairs, such as replacing light fixtures, and conduct routine maintenance on HVAC units. The role requires flexibility to work indoors and outdoors, including rotating shifts on weekends and evenings, and the ability to navigate various weather conditions.
