Rockwell Care Services is seeking a dynamic Assistant House Manager to support the House Manager in overseeing daily operations at one of our residential homes in Pocatello. This full-time position (40 hours per week) is dedicated to caring for disabled clients within a private residence setting. The role involves providing direct care, managing shift coverage, and ensuring a supportive environment for residents.
The Assistant House Manager plays a vital part in the home's success by supporting the House Manager in both client care and the precise completion of documentation. You will also supervise other staff working in the home. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong initiative, excellent problem-solving skills, and creativity while managing multiple priorities. Building and maintaining effective relationships with individuals, families, and colleagues is essential to this role.
