About the Role
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) serves as a vital partner to the General Manager, leading a team of Team Members and Supervisors to deliver the unique Buff City Soap experience. This role exists to ensure operational excellence while fostering a culture where creativity and guest connection thrive. You will be the bridge between the store's daily production and the broader company mission, driving performance through strong leadership and a deep commitment to the guest journey.
At Buff City Soap, every product is hand-crafted daily in-store, allowing customers to witness the creation process and appreciate products free of harsh chemicals. As an AGM, you will embody our core values and mission, guiding your team to not only meet key performance indicators but to genuinely connect with guests. Your day will involve managing daily production, ensuring safety with raw materials like lye, and creating an environment where both staff and customers feel valued. You will act as a liaison between the store and office support, ensuring marketing strategies and community initiatives are executed with precision.
