About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven leader to join our team as an Assistant Fitness Manager (Personal Training Sales). In this role, you will primarily focus on conducting welcome workouts with new members, guiding them through their initial fitness experiences, and helping them get started with a personal training program.
Reporting to the Fitness Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving personal training sales and fostering member relationships. You will work closely with our membership and personal training team to sell training packages and provide exceptional service. Your mission is to build a cohesive Personal Training team, ensure they have a healthy pipeline of clients, and guarantee that those clients and other members receive an exceptional fitness experience. The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for fitness, a desire to win, and a proven track record of achieving results.
