- check_circleDirect and coordinate nursing and auxiliary personnel services for resident care
- check_circleOversee and verify resident medication regimens in collaboration with physicians
- check_circleConduct resident assessments and assist with service plan development and reviews
- check_circleMonitor infection control, immunization compliance, and disease management practices
- check_circleAssist with staff orientation, ongoing education, training, and competency development
- check_circleReview resident care documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely communication
- check_circleCoordinate resident care with families, physicians, and outside healthcare agencies
- check_circleProvide delegation in accordance with state regulations and community policies
- check_circleServe as an after-hours on-call resource for resident care needs and onsite response
- check_circleLead and participate in Service Plan Reviews with residents, families, and teams
- check_circleSupervise and support resident care associates in delivering quality care
- check_circleEnsure clinical services comply with state regulations and community policies
Requirements
