The Resident Service Designee serves as a vital partner to the Resident Service Director, supporting the administration of nursing services within our community. In this role, you will direct, plan, and coordinate the activities of professional and auxiliary nursing personnel to ensure high-quality resident care.
Your day will involve interpreting policies and regulations for nursing staff, analyzing services to maintain quality standards, and overseeing the medication delivery system. Beyond administrative duties, you will contribute directly to a team approach to care by attending to the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents, helping them maintain their highest level of independence. You will also lead service plan reviews, coordinate care with families and physicians, and support the ongoing education and competency development of the care team.
