About the Role
As the Assistant Director (Assistant Head of School) in the Beaverton area, you will work closely with the Head of School to ensure the school provides a high-quality learning experience for children, exceptional customer service to parents, and a supportive, collaborative work environment for staff.
The ideal candidate loves building community, working with parents, and leading community outreach initiatives. You will be instrumental in creating a strong campus culture that embodies our mission, planning and hosting community events, and driving the enrollment process by managing leads and converting them into enrolled families. Your day will involve interfacing with parents to build community, resolve concerns, and managing general day-to-day operations to support the school's growth.
