This position serves as a vital operational partner to the Provost, managing the academic unit's daily functions to ensure a seamless educational environment. The role is designed to bridge administrative efficiency with academic mission, overseeing critical areas such as course scheduling, adjunct contract development, the student grievance process, departmental budget facilitation, and facilities management.\n In this capacity, you will lead the recruitment and assignment of adjunct instructors, ensuring equitable faculty workload distribution in collaboration with School Deans. You will provide leadership for the student academic grievance process and manage the complexities of course scheduling. Additionally, the role involves supporting faculty administrative responsibilities, including syllabus oversight, professional development coordination, and tenure portfolio collection. You will also be responsible for data collection and reporting to inform future programming, while maintaining strict confidentiality and ethical standards in all operations.
