Key Responsibilities

- check_circleCoordinate with Operations and Merchandising teams to ensure precise implementation of category offers
- check_circlePartner with Category Managers and stakeholders to optimize merchandising strategies
- check_circleDevelop and implement category plans across the network of stores
- check_circleRecap sales, funding, and promotional reporting using strong analytical skills
- check_circleAssist in developing marketing and promotional programs for items and categories
- check_circleAnalyze tobacco sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to maximize category performance
- check_circleVisit new and remodel stores to ensure correct department setup
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- verifiedExperience in the retailing or convenience store industry preferred
- verifiedKnowledge of category management principles in the small format retail environment
- verifiedProficiency with MS Office suite and other analytical tools
