About the Role
As an Assist Manufacturing Engineer, you will serve as a vital support pillar for the manufacturing team in Tempe, AZ. Your primary mission is to ensure production continuity by proactively addressing manufacturing problems and facilitating the introduction of new product processes and equipment. This role acts as a bridge between engineering directives and floor operations, ensuring that tools, techniques, and personnel are aligned for efficiency.
In this 6-month contract position, you will work a standard 40-hour week from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. You will operate within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment that values diversity and actively seeks to build a varied workforce. The role requires a blend of technical troubleshooting, data analysis, and effective communication to train operators and document engineering changes.
