This position serves as a critical guardian of company assets, dedicated to executing comprehensive safety initiatives and reducing loss through proactive inventory recovery and theft prevention programs. The role exists to protect the organization's physical and financial well-being by identifying, observing, and apprehending individuals involved in criminal activity, whether internal or external.
You will function as a key liaison between the store level and district leadership, partnering closely with the District Asset Protection Manager to implement and oversee strategic initiatives. Your day-to-day involves conducting plainclothes surveillance, performing physical security checks, and managing complex investigations to reduce shrink, waste, and safety risks. By ensuring the functionality of security equipment and maintaining rigorous compliance with all laws and corporate policies, you will directly contribute to improving store profitability and safety.

You will often operate in high-paced, sometimes stressful environments, managing conflict in a nonconfrontational manner while supporting diverse groups of individuals, including minors and those with special needs.
