About the Role
The Asset Protection Associate plays a vital role in safeguarding the store's profitability and ensuring a safe environment for both customers and team members. This position is dedicated to achieving shortage reduction metrics by leading store policy knowledge and ensuring the proper execution of action plans, security procedures, and safety programs.
As a key member of the team, you will focus on identifying and preventing internal and external Asset Protection incidents. You will serve as a change agent, embodying the values of the Asset Protection Mission Statement to foster a store culture built on teamwork, collaboration, trust, and accountability. This is an hourly position designed for individuals who are self-directed, comfortable with technology, and dedicated to customer service.
