Our client is seeking an Assembler to support electronic manufacturing operations within a highly technical environment. This onsite, full-time position focuses on assembling and inspecting advanced electronic components specifically for aerospace and defense applications. The role is designed for individuals who thrive in precision-driven settings, requiring a blend of manual dexterity, technical knowledge, and strict adherence to quality standards.
In this position, you will execute SMT and through-hole soldering processes while utilizing written instructions, schematics, and documentation. A significant portion of your day will involve operating inspection equipment, such as AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) and X-Ray machines, to detect defects like shorts, opens, or misalignments. You will also perform manual rework to correct assembly issues and maintain accurate documentation of manufacturing procedures. Success in this role requires collaborating with team members to resolve assembly challenges and participating in continuous learning opportunities to refine your technical skills.
This is a full-time, onsite role located at the manufacturing facility. The position operates on a 4/10 work schedule during the 2nd shift, running from Monday through Thursday, with typical hours from 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM.
