This position is essential to the success of our retail stores. Store Associates work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. You will be expected to promptly resolve any customer concerns, ensure maximum client satisfaction, and stay up-to-date with product features while maintaining the high quality and visual standards of the products and store. This role requires bilingual fluency in Spanish and English to effectively serve our diverse customer base.

The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at Store #708667, located at 14041 NE Woodinville-Duvall Rd, Woodinville, WA 98072. This is a part-time role. The position involves contact with customers, which may include minors, and access to cash, payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, and store merchandise. Consequently, a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business, its operations, reputation, and the safety of customers, staff, and the general public.
