This position is essential to the success of our retail stores. Store Associates work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. You will be tasked with achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store's sales goals, resolving customer concerns promptly, and maintaining the high quality and visual standards of the products and store.
This is a new store location opening soon at Store #721187 in Seattle, WA. The role is part-time and requires bilingual fluency in Spanish and English. Please note that this role may require training shifts at multiple locations.

High School diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service. Previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products. Previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
