About the Role
This position is essential to the success of our retail stores. Store Associates work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. You will be expected to promptly resolve any customer concerns, ensure maximum client satisfaction, and stay up-to-date with product features while maintaining the high quality and visual standards of the products and store.

Location & Requirements This is a part-time role based at Store #703552 (13500 Bel Red Rd, Bellevue, WA 98005). The role requires bilingual fluency in Spanish and English. Due to the nature of the work, which involves contact with customers (including minors) and access to cash, payment methods, and merchandise, a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business, its operations, and the safety of our community.

Requirements

Nice to Have
Valid, unrestricted Driver's License. High School diploma or GED. At least one (1) year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position. Previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products. Previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
