About the Role
We are actively hiring professional Armed Security Officers for immediate deployment across the Tampa Bay area. These positions support active contracts with urgent staffing needs, prioritizing candidates who can start quickly and operate independently. This is not a low-effort role; we are seeking officers who understand accountability, professionalism, and client-facing expectations.
You will serve as a visible security presence, maintaining strict access control and monitoring entry/exit activity. The role requires strong situational awareness and the ability to make decisions under pressure while interacting confidently with clients, residents, and the public. Officers must be capable of holding a post professionally without constant supervision and responding to incidents in a controlled manner.
