About the Role

As a Tactical Security Officer, your ability to read the environment, anticipate risk, and act accordingly is paramount. This role is designed for individuals with a keen sense of observation who are ready to suit up and protect people and property. You will be the first line of defense, patrolling sensitive areas such as retail stores, airports, and detention centers to spot suspicious activity and verify identities.

Physical ability is essential, as you will be moving around your entire shift. You will react quickly to threats, check the functioning of alarms and cameras, and collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents. This is more than just a job; it is an opportunity to grow within a company that values its frontline workforce.

Hiring Process & Application

To join our team, you must be authorized to work in the U.S. and be at least 21 years of age. The process includes an extensive screening, and employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.
