We are seeking a strategic leader to serve as the Area Schedule Lead for Meta's Leased Data Center portfolio. This role is critical to our mission of delivering infrastructure at speed, acting as the technical subject matter expert who oversees all schedule management and reporting for these high-priority projects.
You will be a vital partner to the Delivery Team and the Project Controls Lead, focused on forecasting risks, mitigating schedule issues, and enabling commercial accountability. Your work will ensure that schedule change management is both effective and expedient, directly influencing our ability to get these facilities to market on time. This position sits within the DEC Technical Operations team, requiring close collaboration with Site Project Management, Pre-Construction, Contracts, Finance, Accounting, Sourcing, and Operations Engineering.
In this role, you will lead a small team of consultants (if required) and manage a significant travel component (25-50%) across various Data Center sites and Meta offices. You will also play a key part in integrating AI tools to optimize workflows and drive measurable efficiency gains, ensuring that our scheduling strategies remain cutting-edge and ethically sound.

Experience identifying schedule efficiencies and driving programmatic or organizational alignment in changing execution strategies to optimize schedule performance. Experience negotiating schedule changes or complex construction claims. Successful development and implementation of scheduling or project controls strategies in a large organization. Familiarity with complex networking systems and electrical infrastructure. Experience managing a team of Contingent Worker Schedulers. Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact. Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices. Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development and staying current with emerging AI technologies.
