About the Team

Performance Foodservice is PFG's broadline distributor, maintaining a unique relationship with a variety of local customers including independent restaurants, hotels, healthcare facilities, schools, and quick-service eateries. Our team of sales representatives, chefs, consultants, and other experts builds close relationships with customers by providing advice on improving operations, menu development, product selection, and operational strategies. We deliver delicious food but also go above and beyond to help independent restaurant owners achieve their dreams.

About the Role

This role is responsible for the development of independent account business, with an emphasis on overall profitability through both new sales and account penetration. You will promote and sell company-branded products to meet brand sales objectives while supporting customer service activities for regional and/or national chain customers. By doing so, you will increase the company's visibility in the marketplace and maximize market share. You will function as a collaborative team member within the department and organization, performing duties assigned to best serve the company.
