Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDesign and draft architectural plans for retail projects including Big Box, Retail Centers, and Strip Malls
- check_circleCollaborate with Architects and Team Leaders to follow project direction
- check_circleAssist on a variety of retail construction projects as an experienced designer
- check_circleUtilize AutoCAD and MS Office software for architectural design and drafting tasks
- check_circleProduce red lines, layouts, BOMs, ceiling and floor plans, and elevations
Requirements
- verifiedAssociates' or Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- verified5+ years' experience in Architectural Design and Drafting for Retail projects
- verifiedAutoCAD and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- verifiedMust have experience with production work including red lining, layout, BOMs, Ceiling & Floor Plans, Elevations
- verifiedPass a Criminal Background Check and 10 Panel Drug Screen
- verifiedU.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit only
Nice to Have
Experience with Revit. Previous experience doing drafting work for gymnasiums.
