About the Role
As an Architectural Project Manager, you will work in conjunction with the development team, builders, property managers, and a wide range of topic-based experts. You will act as a bridge between the development team, project consultant teams, and construction teams, ensuring projects move from conceptual design through to construction compliance. This role is ideal for a self-motivated leader with a passion for providing families with affordable housing options.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleCreate preliminary and conceptual designs including site plans, building layouts, elevations, and amenities
- check_circleActuate the plan review process through the acquisition of building permits
- check_circleEnsure project construction complies with building plans, project deadlines, and budget
- check_circleCommunicate effectively between the development team, project consultant teams, and construction teams
- check_circleTravel to client sites 1-3 times per month for project oversight
- check_circleResearch and apply zoning codes including city, county, and state requirements
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology
- verified5-8 years of work experience with 2 years of project management
- verifiedFluency in AutoCAD, Revit and Adobe Creative Suite
