As an Applications Engineer for 3D X-ray Systems, you will join an exciting and growing team of scientists, engineers, and research professionals. In this role, you will collaborate on the use of advanced 3D X-ray systems to support a wide range of research and industrial applications. You will serve as a critical technical bridge between engineering, sales, and marketing, acting as the voice of the customer while working closely with external clients and internal teams.
Your day-to-day involves conducting system demonstrations for prospective customers, developing new applications and use cases for 3D X-ray technology, and delivering customer training on system operation, workflows, and data analysis. You will help solve complex, high-value problems across multiple industries and contribute to defining and refining product specifications based on application insights.
