The Application Delivery Lead serves as a pivotal bridge between business objectives and technical execution within Ryder's Transportation Management (TM) technology portfolio. This role is designed to drive the end-to-end delivery of competitive distribution management solutions, ensuring that complex supply chain challenges are met with innovative, high-quality technology.
In this position, you will act as the Ryder technology subject matter expert, translating business needs into actionable requirements, detailed documentation, and robust solution designs. You will collaborate closely with business partners, extended technology teams, and external customers to shape the product roadmap and deliver tailored solutions. The role demands a blend of technical proficiency in SQL and system configuration with strong client-facing skills to facilitate discussions on supply chain process implementations and improvements.
You will be embedded within a dynamic environment focused on continuous improvement and innovation. The team relies on your ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing conditions while maintaining a high degree of professionalism. Success in this role requires deep domain expertise in the distribution and 3PL/4PL industries, allowing you to effectively troubleshoot issues and guide integrated solution implementations alongside development teams.
