We are currently supporting the Army G-1 mission under the CECOM SEC SETA program at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. Our team is dedicated to delivering secure, scalable applications that enhance Army readiness and compliance objectives.
We are seeking a Software Developer to lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of advanced Appian-based solutions for the DAMIS program. In this role, you will provide technical leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications that directly support Army G-1 stakeholders. You will translate complex business requirements into functional, automated workflows and serve as a mentor to junior and intermediate developers, enforcing coding standards and best practices.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant experience.
Prior experience developing solutions for the Department of Defense (DoD) or U.S. Army. Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Security+ or related DoD 8570 certification. Strong knowledge of software engineering principles, including Agile and DevSecOps methodologies.
