About the Role

As a Principal Software Engineer, you will serve as a hands-on technical authority for our enterprise Appian platform. This role is designed to bridge the gap between strategic vision and execution, providing technical guidance to multiple functional teams while actively designing and developing complex software solutions. You will be a recognized subject matter expert, influencing enterprise-wide platforms and applying advanced knowledge across multiple domains to drive high-impact initiatives.

In this position, you will standardize engineering quality and development practices while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards. Your day-to-day involves resolving complex technical issues, optimizing platform performance, and implementing Appian features to improve scalability. You will work directly on workflow and case management solutions that support critical business initiatives, all within the strict confines of a HIPAA-regulated environment.
