About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at the Retreat on 6th Apartments in Cedar Rapids. In this role, you will be the backbone of our property operations, ensuring a high standard of living for our residents. Your day-to-day will involve completing work orders in a timely manner, managing unit turnarounds between tenants, and performing essential interior and exterior maintenance tasks such as painting, staining, and structural repairs.
Beyond technical skills, this position requires strong communication and problem-solving abilities to provide excellent customer service to our residents. You will also take part in a rotating schedule to manage 24/7 emergency coverage every 3 to 4 weeks.
Hiring Process
