After a property has suffered damage from a fire, flood, or similar tragedy, our team helps the property owner recover by cleaning up, drying out, and rebuilding. We are committed to providing victims of disaster with immediate restoration services and outstanding customer service.
About the Role
We are seeking full-time, motivated, and reliable laborers to contribute their talent to our Fargo location. As a Demolition Laborer, you will train with our experienced team to learn all the skills needed to succeed. This role is critical for maintaining our reputation for having only the best, most dependable employees with great attitudes and flexible schedules.
You will be responsible for general labor on job sites, including emergency projects, and assisting in dry-down procedures and mold remediation in residential and commercial settings. A key part of the position involves maintaining equipment daily, managing warehouse inventory, and serving as the point person for facility needs such as repairs and cleaning.
To ensure we can respond to emergencies effectively, you must be willing to drive and be available for an On-call week that includes nights and weekends. This rotation occurs every 5-6 weeks.
