About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at the Lamberton Lake and Plaza Apartments in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This is an immediate opportunity to become part of a family that values each member's contribution towards building thriving communities together. You will be working in a stable, year-round environment with Monday through Friday shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with potential overtime opportunities available.
