About the Role
We are a real estate development and property management company seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Supervisor (HVAC Certified) to lead our maintenance team. This role is designed to support all areas of property maintenance, ensuring our communities remain safe, functional, and comfortable for our residents.
As the supervisor, you will be the primary point of contact for the maintenance team, responsible for directing staff, inspecting the quality of work performed, and setting work order priorities. Your day-to-day involves fulfilling resident requests efficiently while providing essential support to the property manager. We are looking for a hands-on team player who can effectively recruit, train, and develop staff while maintaining a positive, professional attitude.
