About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Equipment Accounting, this position is dedicated to maintaining the integrity of our equipment inventory files and executing essential accounting functions. The role serves as a critical link in our financial operations, ensuring accurate tracking of assets and timely processing of vendor transactions.

Day-to-day, you will manage the reconciliation of floor plan accounts on both daily and monthly cycles, while processing accounts payable and notes payable invoices and credits from equipment manufacturers. A significant portion of the role involves coordinating with our key partners, such as processing quarterly rental payments to Komatsu and handling warranty claim payments. You will also assist in reconciling and processing freight invoices against purchase orders and managing monthly open statement invoices.
