Together, we care for hundreds of patients annually across a wide variety of specialty lines, including cardiovascular, orthopedic, trauma, general surgery, endoscopy, obstetric, pediatric, and neurosurgery.

About the Role
We are actively seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Anesthesiologist to join our expanding program in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This is a full-time position requiring 50 hours per week, scheduled Monday through Friday from 7 am to 5 pm. The role offers the opportunity to work on a wide variety of cases, with providers spending 100% of their time in the operating room while the scheduling office handles administrative logistics.
Call requirements include weekdays, weekends, and holidays, which are statistically distributed equally among all providers. This position is designed for a physician who thrives in a collaborative, high-volume environment dedicated to delivering the highest quality of care.
