About the Role
This Chemist position is a contract-to-hire opportunity based in Northridge, CA. The role is designed to support new product development by performing qualitative and quantitative analyses on a variety of sample types. You will serve as a key technical contributor within the Drug Delivery Systems group, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the integrity of analytical testing and method development.
In this capacity, you will not only execute routine and non-routine analyses but also play an active role in developing and validating analytical methods in compliance with regulatory standards. The position requires a blend of hands-on laboratory operations, including equipment maintenance and troubleshooting, and strategic contributions to protocol writing, data interpretation, and scientific presentations. You will be responsible for ensuring all work adheres to cGMP requirements and laboratory safety practices while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
