Navitus Health Solutions is seeking an Analyst, Tech. Operations Government Programs to join our team. This role is critical for executing Government Programs processes accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance with CMS regulations.
In this position, you will serve as a vital link between internal operations and external stakeholders, including Employer Groups, Clients, State/Federal Agencies, and external vendors. Your work ensures timely and accurate issue resolution while managing complex processes such as EGWP enrollment, financial reporting, and claims adjudication. You will also play a key role in maintaining process documentation and collaborating with subject matter experts to define technical requirements.
