The Judicial Council of California's Center for Families, Children & the Courts (CFCC) manages approximately $430 million in annual pass-through funding. This capital is distributed across a complex network of courts, statewide partners, providers, the State Bar, and other entities. Each program operates under unique statutory, regulatory, grant-specific, or fund-specific requirements, creating a diverse landscape of allocation methodologies that must be navigated with precision.
We are seeking a highly skilled Analyst IV to support the development of a centralized allocation and fiscal operations framework. This role is critical to ensuring consistency, compliance, and operational efficiency across multiple programs with varying requirements.
In this position, you will serve as a foundational architect for the central allocation unit. Your work will involve standardizing allocation processes, documenting methodologies in clear and uniform templates, and establishing robust internal controls for invoicing, monitoring, and reporting. You will map and standardize cross-functional workflows, develop approval matrices that define decision-making authority, and create fiscal oversight tools to support consistent tracking. The goal is to build a sustainable structure that ensures fiscal integrity while adapting to the unique needs of each funding source.
Interviews will be conducted either in-person or via Teams, at the client's discretion. Please note that this is a contract position with a duration of 6 months, requiring a full-time schedule (40 hours/week).
The Judicial Council of California is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
