About the Role

The Billing Analyst I is a pivotal role responsible for supporting the end-to-end billing and financial operations for Xfinity Communities. You will play a key part in owning financial and operational functions across four regions, with a specific focus on the Florida region, which may include managing over 6,800 gated communities.

In this position, you will partner with internal teams and clients to address billing inquiries, improve processes, and drive efficiency through data-driven insights. Your day-to-day involves ensuring accurate and timely billing, analyzing data to identify and resolve discrepancies, applying rate events, preparing reports, and maintaining compliance with company policies. You will be the bridge between complex financial data and seamless customer experiences, helping to streamline billing operations and propose new processes that enhance accuracy and efficiency.
