Your safety is our top priority. Our state-of-the-art facilities are clean, well-organized, and designed with your safety in mind. You will work in a climate-controlled environment (typically between 60°F and 90°F) that may be noisy at times; hearing protection is provided if needed. You will be operating and working around moving equipment, including robotics, conveyor belts, and mobile carts. The dress code is relaxed and comfortable, with closed-toe shoes required and protective safety footwear in select areas.
We foster an inclusive workplace with a variety of employee support programs and resource groups. You will join supportive teams in a workplace ranked among the best in the world, with opportunities to make a positive impact through local community engagement initiatives.
You will complete on-the-job training during your first few days, with schedules that may match your selected shift or follow a fixed training plan before transitioning. Amazon has pledged to upskill employees with free training and development programs, plus tuition support for select employee groups.
In addition to competitive pay and savings options, many shifts come with healthcare and other benefits. We offer "Anytime Pay," allowing you to instantly cash out up to 75% of your earnings immediately after your shift (for select employee groups). New associates also receive a $110 Zappos gift code for their first day.
