Black Point Inn is seeking creative and dedicated AM hot line Breakfast cooks to join our team in our beautiful boutique hotel on the ocean. This position is designed to foster creativity and offers a fantastic opportunity to hone your culinary skills and grow as a chef. We are looking for an ideal candidate with an open mind, a willingness to be part of the team, and experience in breakfast cooking, including eggs cookery, frying, and searing.
Our Line Chefs work closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to guarantee guests a dining experience that exceeds their expectations. You will be responsible for preparing food to be served while complying with all applicable sanitation, health, and personal hygiene standards. The role requires coordinating food production with meal hours to ensure quality, temperature, and appearance are preserved.
Location: Black Point Inn, Scarborough, ME Hours: Full-time and part-time positions are available. Typical shifts run from 7am to 3pm or 6am to 2pm. Season: This is a seasonal position running from May through October, with a start date in May.
